Terms of Use

Welcome to blnd. By creating an account or using the blnd mobile application (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use blnd. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity that happens under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

User-Generated Content

blnd lets you create content that other users can see — including your username, display name, profile photo, taste bio, ratings, group names, and watchlist additions. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant blnd a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute it within the App.

You're responsible for everything you post. You agree not to upload or share content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Obscene, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable
• Hateful or discriminatory against any group or individual
• Infringing on someone else's intellectual property or privacy
• Spam, fraudulent, or misleading
• Impersonating another person or entity

Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abuse

blnd has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. If you encounter either:

• Reportthe user from their profile — open the “···” menu and tap “Report”.
• Blockthe user from the same menu. Blocked users can't see your profile, send you friend requests, or find you in search.

We review every report and act within 24 hours. When a report is valid, we:

• Remove the offending content.
• Warn, suspend, or permanently eject the responsible user, depending on severity.

Repeat offenders and users who post content that is illegal or sexually explicit are ejected immediately and permanently.

Our Rights

We may remove any content and suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, including without notice if we believe these Terms have been violated or to protect other users and the integrity of the App.

Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Movie metadata, posters, and trailers are provided by third parties (including TMDB and YouTube) and we don't guarantee their accuracy or availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, blnd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
